Log Corral: Feb. 2016

We started out at the Four Peaks turnoff from the Beeline (87).  Traveled North a few miles to the Sycamore Creek turn.  Aired down and got on the trail just about 8am. Six Jeeps, 10 Jeeperz, perfect weather for a ride.

The trail in is 9.7 miles, from the airdown to the lake.  Then out on Forest Service Road (SR) 393 it’s another 15 miles.  The trail is really too narrow to return the same path, and you see some pretty cool scenery on your way back out on SR393.  The sandstone pillars are always worth a look- there are caves out there.12495918_10206626123066475_5884182401795513809_o

The trail was not too difficult, but just enough of a challenge to make it interesting and fun.  Can’t wait for next ride with this great group of people.  If you ever need a bit of therapy, take it off road. Good times.

Stay tuned for details on our next planned ride to Bloody Basin and Sheep Bridge, overnight camping optional!

Sorry guys, You Tube has not been kind this week. 8 or 9 trys, here is what it is.

See you at Bloody Basin!!
